So we moved the charge. An enquiry arrives free. Your reply is free. Money only moves at the moment a connection exists. The customer came back to what you wrote. If they never do, you are never charged, and you keep the conversation anyway.
How it works

What else is different
- Exclusive enquiries. Pay more and the enquiry reaches nobody else. Their loudest complaint is the same lead being sold to four competitors; you can simply turn that off.
- The price is public. Shown on your profile before a customer contacts you, so they can see what your incentive is. Nobody else publishes this.
- Your settings decide what is chargeable. Hours, service area, daily cap, minimum job value. Outside them you cannot be billed, being "charged for leads while my calendar was BLOCKED" is not possible here.
- Automatic credits. Where an enquiry objectively fails a published condition, the money returns by rule, not by asking someone nicely.
- Every charge is a ledger entry. Credits are new entries, never a quietly edited invoice.

Prices scale with how contested a vertical is, and you set your own. This is the price of a connection , not a lead, not a click.

7,988 businesses currently accept enquiries here. There is no subscription, no contract and no renewal. The complaint that someone "subscribed for a year and did not receive any meaningful benefit" cannot happen, because there is nothing to subscribe to.
