Advertising policy
Labelling
Anywhere money affects what you see, we say so. Leaderboard entries carry a Paid rank mark. Distribution cards carry a Sponsored mark. Paid placement is never presented as an endorsement, a review, an award or a quality signal.
Prohibited
These are refused in every market, at any price, regardless of local legality. There is no licence, no documentation and no bid that changes the answer.

- Weapons: firearms, ammunition, conversion devices, explosives, military and controlled dual-use exports
- Exploitation: adult services and content, commercial surrogacy, human tissue and organs, overseas labour brokering
- Deception: counterfeit goods, spyware and stalkerware, hacking services, fake reviews, document forgery, essay mills

- Political and election advertising
Every one of these appears in our published taxonomy marked not accepted. We list the refusal rather than quietly omitting the category, so you can check what we will not take money for.
Blocked in specific markets
Some categories are lawful in most of the world and unlawful in particular countries. Deleting them everywhere would be wrong; listing them everywhere would be worse. So they are blocked market by market: alcohol in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Libya, Yemen, Iran, Afghanistan, Sudan, Somalia, Mauritania, Brunei, Bangladesh and Pakistan; crypto in China, India, Nigeria, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Nepal and Bolivia; retail forex and CFDs in the United States and Belgium; dating in China. A blocked market cannot be opened by bidding into it.
Restricted and reviewed
Finance and crypto categories are restricted everywhere they are permitted at all. Health and wellness listings are manually reviewed by a person before they can hold an elevated position. Licensed professions must show licensing. Nonprofit listings are reviewed under a separate policy.
Natural resources carry their own conditions. Rough diamonds require Kimberley Process documentation. Tantalum, coltan and other conflict-exposed minerals require origin due diligence. Timber requires legal-harvest provenance. Precious metals are subject to anti-money-laundering checks, and oil, gas and metals trading is licence- and sanctions-screened in every market. Undocumented origin is refused rather than ranked with a caveat.
Your landing page must match
The destination URL has to relate to the advertised entity. Changing where a listing points resets verification and sends it back to review. You cannot buy rank for one thing and redirect to another.
Refunds and disputes
A refunded, disputed or reversed payment stops counting toward rank under the current policy setting. The board recomputes immediately. Nothing is deleted: reversals are new ledger entries, so the full history of a market stays reconstructable.
Suspension
A moderator can suspend a listing at any time. Suspension stops public placement and paid delivery immediately, and preserves every financial record. Advertisers are notified with the reason code and can respond.
Reporting
Anyone can report a listing. Reports are rate-limited, reporters are not identified to the advertiser, and repeated reports on one listing flag it automatically for review.
